They’re personal, stylish and fun,

They’re personal, stylish and fun, not to mention very useful in everyday life. There are so many fine pens to choose from, and you can guarantee personalization by having them engraved. However, because there are a lot of options, choosing the “right” pen for that special person on your gift list can be intimidating. Here are some tips for making it easy and enjoyable instead.
Tip #1: Focus on the other person’s preferences, not your own.
If you like the same things, you’ve got it made. But that’s usually not the case. Put yourself in the other person’s shoes and you’re off to a good start.
Tip #2: What type of writing instrument?
There are four choices: Fountain Pen, Ball Point Pen, Rollerball Pen and Mechanical Pencil. What type is used as an everyday writing instrument? How about for special occasions like signing documents or writing personal correspondence? What is his or her profession? Answering these questions will help you determine the type.
Tip #3: Evaluate a handwriting sample of the person.
This is especially helpful if you’re going to pick out a fountain pen.

60,000 square foot Class A office building to rise in South Odgen

Enterprise, The, Jan 15, 2007
Ground has been broken for a five-story Class A office building in South Ogden.
To be located on the comer of Highway 89 and Harrison Boulevard at 1850 E. 5929 S. Fashion Pointe Dr., the 60,000 square foot structure is being developed by Westar Investments, said Kurt Larsen of Utah Prestige Real Estate, the Clearfield-based firm that is marketing the property.
One tenant has already been secured for the building, he said – Prudential Utah Real Estate, which will occupy the fourth floor. The remaining space is available for lease for between $18 and $22 per square foot, triple net, he said. Spaces as little as 2,500 square feet and as large as 48,000 square feet are available. Larsen said a variety of tenants – including medical users – will be sought, and the developers would like to place a restaurant on the structure’s top level.
“It will be the only Class A office building in South Ogden,” Larsen said. “It’s going to be kind of a landmark building because there’s nothing near the size of this building in the area.”
Neighboring tenants include Wal-Mart Market, Albertsons, Village Inn, McDonalds and Costa Vida Mexican Grill

The relatively low

The relatively low fees associated with tumescent liposuction make it so when compared to more traditional procedures.
Fees for Tumescent Liposuction
One of the forms of surgical sculpting for fat removal is the technique of tumescent liposuction, a procedure that limits bleeding with anesthesia fluid, which is pushed into the tissues with anesthetic effects lasting for several hours. Although, this surgery is able to reduce appreciably the pain, it often is more expensive if you are not careful.
There is no “standard price” or estimate because the fee for tumescent liposuction depends on different factors such as the size and number of the areas of the body to be treated. The price of this procedure also varies from country to country, city to city and from doctor to doctor. The average fee for liposuction is nearly $1800 per area, raising an additional cost of $900 for additional zones.
When it comes to treating large areas requiring tumescent liposuction, additional fees are determined in terms of size and importance of the region to be treated.

The once dreaded
Posted by admin in Uncategorized on September 4, 2010
The once dreaded tasks of flipping through catalogs, making countless phone calls and driving across town (and even across the state) in search of a specific item has been conveniently replaced with a click of the mouse, a computer screen and an Internet connection. Not only does this save time and fuel, it saves you and your business money!
There are, however, a few things you will want to consider before you purchase anything, including restaurant furniture, online. First and foremost, you?ll want a secure site that enables you to put in your payment information (credit card numbers, etc.) without the worry of unauthorized individuals being able to access this personal information. The easiest way to check for site security is to look for the secure logo, like Verisign or Geotrust.

Their history goes so
Posted by admin in Uncategorized on September 4, 2010
Their history goes so far back in fact, that references can be found to them in ancient Roman literature living in present day Scotland.
The Scottish Terrier has a body perfect for rummaging in vermin holes. He is compact and meaty, weighing about 20 pounds with an elongated head. His hard, wiry coat was perfect at protecting his skin from brush and dirt, but owners need to keep it groomed. The average litter size is 6 puppies an life expectancy is 12 years.
If you are looking into getting a Scottish Terrier, consider that they are best in a family with older children and adults. Also, they do tend to dig since they were bred to follow vermin into holes.

Then the entrepreneurial innovators go off half-cocked

Then the entrepreneurial innovators go off half-cocked and just go try it and learn thru trial and error, often throwing caution to the wind and flying by the seat of their pants relying on intuition.
You see I myself am an entrepreneur, and I have found success in doing. Just do it. All the scientific discussion and theory is not worth just building it and start testing in 20-30 days. Engineers say they can do with 1 Lb of material what anyone else would take 10 lbs. I say “So what” are we short of materials or something?
As an entrepreneurial innovator, I live in a nation of abundance? And who has 6-months to wait? Besides in six months of using it you will learn more than the nay saying scientists still arguing over, who thought of it, if it will work and whose math to use.

Don’t Jump – the kids
Posted by admin in Uncategorized on September 4, 2010
Don’t Jump – the kids might think jumping on the bed is fun but it can damage the futon mattress so don’t allow it. If they want to jump buy them a trampoline.
8. Refresh – use baking soda to freshen your mattress. Sprinkle, let it sit for a day and then vacuum off.
9. Warranty – find out what the frame warranty is. It should be at least 5 years.
10. Thickness – your mattress should be a minimum of 6 inches if you are going to use your futon as a mattress.
11. Material – your futon should be made of cotton, cotton and foam, or cotton polyester. Cotton and foam weighs less than other combinations and it doesn’t sag.
12. Inter spring – An inter spring mattress is made of a spring unit that has a layer of foam and cotton on each side.

Travellers set up business in Boro

A TRAVEL website set up by three friends in Lithuania is now part of Middlesbrough’s thriving technology hub.
The three people behind online travel planning and ticket site Geogoer had barely heard of Teesside before they moved from their homes in Vilnius to set up operations at the Boho Zone in Middlesbrough town centre.
They are about to launch the ticket sales part of their site and if things go to plan they hope ultimately to be generating technology jobs in the North-East.
Support and funding for the start-up came from The Difference Engine, a mentor-led acceleration programme for digital business based at the North-East Business and Innovation Centre, in Sunderland.
Their help, which included a [pounds]20,000 grant, has transformed the operation, which differs from other travel planning sites by offering users the opportunity to buy tickets as well as look at a variety of transport offers and routes.
Dalia Lasaite, Geogoer’s 25year-old chief executive, who founded the business with friends Andrej Andrejev and Ksistof Ledichov, explained why they swapped the Baltic state for Middlesbrough.
She said: “I have to be honest that, before we came to England, we didn’t know anything about the town. We had to Google Middlesbrough to find out about it and saw pictures of the Transporter Bridge and the town centre.
“But in the short time we have been here we have made some excellent contacts with local businesses who have been very supportive and welcoming towards us.
“At present we consist of the three founders, but as we build the business we hope to take on people. There is excellent scope to grow this type of business in the UK as it already has a highly-advanced public transport network.
“The Difference Engine have been a great help during the start- up phase. We now need to build up a critical mass of users to make the site viable.
“We are confident that we can offer our customers an excellent service
